Our Commitment

Ordernize Inc. (“Ordernize,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that the Ordernize platform and our website at ordernize.com (together, the “Platform”) are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that every legal professional should be able to use our tools effectively, regardless of ability, and we work to provide a digital experience consistent with that belief.

Conformance Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our standard for measuring the accessibility of the Platform. WCAG defines requirements that make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

The Platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some portions of the Platform may not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working toward full conformance.

Measures We Take

Ordernize takes the following measures to support accessibility of the Platform:

  • Including accessibility as a consideration in our product design and development practices;
  • Evaluating the Platform against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria using automated testing tools and manual review;
  • Designing for compatibility with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen-magnification software, and keyboard-only navigation;
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content;
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast and resizable text throughout the Platform; and
  • Reviewing accessibility on an ongoing basis as new features are released.

Compatibility

The Platform is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and with commonly used assistive technologies. The Platform may not perform as expected on browsers or assistive technologies that are no longer supported by their developers.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Platform may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, documents uploaded to the Platform by users (including scanned files and images produced in discovery) are third-party content that we do not control, and such documents may not be accessible in their original form. Where the Platform generates text from uploaded documents, that generated text may improve accessibility but is not a substitute for an accessible original.

Feedback and Contact Information

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Platform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need assistance with any part of the Platform, or would like to request content in an alternative format, please contact us:

Email: info@ordernize.com (please include “Accessibility” in the subject line)

When contacting us, please describe the issue you encountered, the page or feature involved, and the browser and any assistive technology you were using. We try to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days, and we will work with you in good faith to provide the information or functionality you were seeking through an alternative method where reasonably possible.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We review this statement periodically and update it as the Platform and applicable standards evolve. This statement was last reviewed on June 3, 2026.
