What counts as a document?
Every file uploaded to a case counts as one document, whether it is a two-page letter or an eighty-page statement bundle. A production of 300 files is 300 documents.
What happens at document 301?
Nothing changes in the workflow. Documents beyond the 300 included with the case bill at $0.30 each, itemized to the case.
Is the case fee recurring?
No. It bills once, when the case is opened. Seats are the only monthly charge.
How do seats work?
$99 per seat, per month. A seat is a login for one member of your team; anyone who reviews documents or exports outputs works from their own seat.
What is a case?
One matter: its parties, its documents, and every output built from them. Productions usually arrive in waves; uploads accumulate in the same case, and the 300 included documents count across all of them.
